2.3 Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the 1mdbet platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.
2.4 By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to notify 1mdbet promptly of any changes to your registered information.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you, except in cases where you have promptly notified 1mdbet of suspected unauthorised access.
3.3 You must notify 1mdbet immediately via live chat support if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised third party, or is otherwise at security risk.
3.4 1mdbet will never contact you to request your password via any channel. Any communication purporting to be from 1mdbet requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.5 You are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. 1mdbet may request additional verification at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
4.1 All financial transactions on the 1mdbet platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 1mdbet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals from its own end; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Minimum deposit amount is RM30. 1mdbet reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. 1mdbet targets processing of all verified withdrawal requests within one (1) hour, though actual bank or eWallet settlement times may vary.
4.4 All funds deposited into your 1mdbet Wallet must originate from sources legally owned by you. Third-party deposits — deposits made using payment instruments owned by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and full forfeiture of any balances derived from such deposits.
4.5 1mdbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to withhold processing of withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of such review. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, 1mdbet may freeze Account balances indefinitely and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
5.1 1mdbet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus Funds credited to your Wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived therefrom become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms at the time of the offer.
5.3 1mdbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is found to have been taken advantage of through fraudulent means, exploited via bonus abuse strategies, or otherwise used in bad faith, 1mdbet reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to take such further action as it deems appropriate.
5.4 Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to withdraw winnings derived from bonus funds until verification is completed.
6.1 All bets placed on the 1mdbet platform are binding and irrevocable once confirmed by the system. Players accept responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all bet selections and amounts before confirmation.
6.2 In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error (including obviously incorrect odds or game outcomes), 1mdbet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion. 1mdbet will not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's reliance on erroneous information prior to correction.

9.2 1mdbet's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.3 1mdbet does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of Services.
10.1 1mdbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.1 1mdbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to make use of the available responsible gaming tools, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all of which are accessible from within the Account settings.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests will take effect immediately upon confirmation and will remain in force for the minimum period selected by the Player. 12.1 1mdbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
12.2 A Player may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 1mdbet support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal checks.
12.3 Upon Account closure, any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned in full subject to verification requirements.
